The Enneagram is a map of nine core personality types - each shaped by distinct motivations, fears and patterns of thinking, feeling and doing. Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern psychology, it goes far deeper than most personality tools.

It works through three intelligence centres - the way your head, heart and gut each process the world. True self-awareness, and true leadership requires all three to be in conversation.
